For the past five years, we have provided meaningful and enriching employment while building a community of friends and coffee lovers. We are celebrating differences. We are fulfilling dreams. We are a community that uplifts.

Our goal is to create as many jobs as possible for individuals with developmental disabilities by providing ongoing vocational skills training, and facilitating the employment of our Mojistas into other jobs outside of our walls.

We exist to empower adults with differing abilities by providing employment and job training. With the support of our community that sees beyond barriers, we are able to facilitate the growth of our staff as they graduate to other employment opportunities beyond Moji Coffee + More.

We have made great strides in the past year thanks to your support:

• Mojistas received 6,341 hours of paid training and personalized job coaching

• 5 Mojistas graduated to outside employment

• 5 new Mojistas were hired

• We hosted our first Differing Abilities Career Fair with 80 participants connected to 32 community employers/service providers
